Johan H. Andresen is the owner of Ferd, and became Chairman of its Board of Directors in October 2012 after 14 years as Chief Executive Officer. He is also the chairman of Ferd Social Entrepreneurs AS and a board member at Ferd’s portfolio company Swix. He is also a member of the boards of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB), the Nordic Microfinance Initiative, and Junior Achievement - Young Enterprise Europe. In 2015 he was appointed as the Chair of the Council of Ethics for the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global (the oil fund).

Henrik Brandt, who is Danish, was the CEO of Royal Unibrew A/S in Denmark until 31 March 2017. He has extensive international experience from a range of senior positions at Skandinavisk Tobakskompagni A/S, Fritz Hansen A/S, Sophus Berendsen A/S and Unomedical a/s. Henrik is chairman of Rockwool International and of Toms Gruppen A/S, vice-chairman of Scandinavian Tobacco Group, and a member of the boards of Fritz Hansen A/S, Gerda & Victor B. Strands Fond and Gerda & Victor B. Strands Fond Holding A/S. Henrik has been a member of the Board of Directors of Ferd Holding since its launch in June 2004.

Endre Ording Sund is self-employed. He previously worked as a Director at SEB Enskilda ASA and partner in Sector Asset Management, CEO and later Chair of the Board in Awilco ASA and Group Managing Director of Wilhelmsen Group. His previous work experience includes senior positions at ChevronTexaco and the Norwegian Navy. He has extensive international experience as a non-executive director, especially within oil, energy, shipping, finance and private equity. His current appointments include Chair of the Board of Directors of the oil company Canamens Energy Ltd., Chair of the Board of Directors of the consulting company Melberg Partners AS and Chair of the Board of Directors of the shipping bank Maritime & Merchant. Endre Ording Sund participated in his first board meeting of Ferd Holding in March 2008.

Ulla Litzén is Swedish and a Board Member of the quoted companies Alfa Laval AB, Electrlux AB, Ratos AB, Boliden AB, Husqvarna AB and NCC AB. From 2001 to 2005 she was CEO of W Capital Management AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Wallenberg Foundations. She was employed by Investor AB from 1989 to 2001, from 1996 as Director and Member of the Management Group. Ulla Litzén has been a Member of the Board of Directors since March 2011.

Petter W. Borg was the CEO of Pareto Asset Management AS until 31 December 2015, which he was involved in setting up in 1998 as Pareto Forvaltning ASA. Petter led the company, which has become a leading player in the Norwegian asset management industry, from its foundation until 2015. Petter has also previously been the CEO of the insurance broker Dextra AS, and he has extensive experience of the financial sector from various senior management positions at NEVI Finans / DnB Finans. Petter is currently the chairman of Attivo Eiendom AS and of Pareto Forsikringsmegling AS, vice-chairman of DeBank AS, a member of the boards of various companies including Grieg Investor AS and Nordic Aquafarms AS, and the chairman of the Nomination Committee of Pareto Bank ASA. Petter W. Borg has been a member of the Board of Directors of Ferd Holding since September 2015.
